Our first office
We opened our first official office on Jumeirah Beach Road. What started at one desk quickly became a growing team helping more clients across Dubai.

Betterhomes launches its property management service to provide clients with a complete and comprehensive real estate experience.

Leasing and Property Management
As more families settled in Dubai, we launched Residential Leasing in 1991 to help them find the right home. By 1992, Property Management was born, giving landlords long-term support and peace of mind beyond the contract.

Dubai Property Group association
Betterhomes becomes the founding member of Dubai Property Group part of the Dubai Holding group. Dubai Properties core activity is the development of large scale residential and commercial property developments within the Emirate of Dubai.

We became a founding member of Dubai Property Group, supporting large-scale developments that would transform the city. It was a moment that connected us to the future of real estate in Dubai.

Betterhomes launches its first ever, brand new dynamic website, giving visitors the opportunity of finding listings and new homes.

Our first website went live, making it easier for clients to search and discover homes. At a time when online real estate was new, we put Dubai property on the map.

With freehold ownership opening to expats, we launched Residential Sales. Suddenly, thousands of buyers and sellers could trust us with life-changing decisions.

The announcement of freehold property ownership for expats in Dubai prompts Betterhomes to launch a residential sales department serving tens of thousands of buyers and sellers across the UAE.

An exclusive appointment
Union Properties appointed Betterhomes as the exclusive brokerage for Green Community. It marked one of our first major partnerships with a master developer.

The first vehicle fleet hit Dubai's roads. Betterhomes expands into commercial sales and leasing.

Dubai government establishes RERA
The government establishes the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Betterhomes share its training curriculum with RERA to assist the RERA training department.

Betterliving Magazine
Betterhomes launches its official publication and magazine which features useful guides and tips on everything real estate and interior design.

Betterhomes Headquarter moves location
The official Head Office moves to Vision Tower in the bustling Business Bay.

Clarity Conveyancing is launched.

The company rebrands into Betterhomes, with a completely new visual identity to bhomes.com website.
